1. First, create a table in an EXCEL spreadsheet.  Follow the example below.  The first eight fields (First Name through Email) need to be put in exactly as shown (First Name, not first name, for example). The other fields are optional, and can be put in as you need them to stay organized.

  2.  Once the file is created and saved, go to File, Export To, CSV.  

3.  In your Hail Trace account, go to Clients and Upload. 

4. Click on Select a File (choose the file that you just created), then click upload.
